Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Structural Designer with hands-on experience in the structural design and drafting of American RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and steel structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:- Perform structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in compliance with American codes and standards. - Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. - Conduct modeling and analysis using STAAD Pro, ETABS, and Tekla Tedds. - Develop and maintain Excel-based design spreadsheets for structural calculations and data management. - Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and feasible structural designs. - Review and validate shop drawings and construction documents. - Contribute to project documentation, reports, and presentations with clear and professional written communication. - Adapt and contribute to various teams and departments as project needs evolve.Key Requirements:- Proven working experience in structural design and drafting of American RCC, steel structures and Wood structures. - Proficiency in structural design software: Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla Tedds, and Excel. - Strong written communication skills with appreciable proficiency in English. - Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and innovation in design. - Effective team player with the ability to work across multiple departments. - Versatile and adaptable to dynamic project requirements and collaborative workflows.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field. - Knowledge of American codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE). - Experience in BIM workflows and coordination.
