We have won numerous awards and accolades and enjoyed significant growth by implementing RapidResponse into our customers’ supply chain environments.Role DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and talented freshers or candidate having 0 - 3 years experience to join our team as Supply Chain Consultants. This role involves understanding client requirements, mapping them with Kinaxis RapidResponse, performing configuration tasks, and thoroughly understanding data and system algorithms.Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their supply chain requirements and challenges. - Map client requirements to Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. - Configure and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client needs. - Analyze and interpret supply chain data to provide actionable insights. - Understand and work with system algorithms to optimize supply chain processes. - Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver successful implementations. - Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption of solutions.Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 0 to 3 years of experience in Kinaxis/ Maestro. - Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses - Special training for improvement areas - Health Insurance. - Company-provided laptop to support your work needs. - A collaborative and innovative work environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
