Position- Motion Designer (2D + 3D Animation)Location: MumbaiExperience: 2–5 yearsType: Full-time / On-siteReporting To: Design LeadAbout The Role:We're looking for a talented Motion Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You should be equally comfortable crafting sleek 2D animations and dynamic 3D visuals. From explainer videos and product promos to social content and brand storytelling, you’ll help bring ideas to life in motion.Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, and product videos. - Collaborate with the creative and content teams to translate briefs into compelling motion concepts. - Design storyboards, style frames, and animation flows. - Animate typography, illustrations, UI elements, characters, and 3D objects. - Handle end-to-end motion design production – from concept and modeling to compositing and final delivery. - Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.Requirements:Strong proficiency in 2D tools like After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Working knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.Ability to create storyboards, animatics, and styleframes.Familiarity with rendering, compositing, and lighting techniques in 3D.A solid portfolio or showreel showcasing a mix of 2D and 3D motion work.Good understanding of timing, rhythm, easing, and movement in animation.Bonus:- Knowledge of sound design and audio syncing. - Experience working on explainer videos, product demos, or brand films. - Understanding of Gen AI tools for visual content creation and animation acceleration.If you believe your skills and experience align with what we're looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
