Dear AllTCS is hiring for Workday HCM Functional ConsultantLocation: MUMBAIExp: 4 to 8 YearsConfiguration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for HCM Core, Hireto Retire· Experience in Business Process setup· General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM andany of these modules- Absence, Recruitement, p or Benefits)· Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance· Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules· Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player· Functional Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCMShould be strong in Functional areas below:Functional Areas: Core HCMResponsibilities:· Implementation/ Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.· Gather Business requirements and provide configuration support of Core HCM,Absence, Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management modules· Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrationDesign/Development· Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhanceand apply required updates, as necessary· Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technicalspecifications.· Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting withClient Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.· Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces(integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.· Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns· Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and beavailable to support or guide as and when necessaryInterested candidates please do applyThanksHymavathi D
