Amber raised $18.5M from Marquee investors like Gaja capital.About the Role:As a QA Apprentice, you’ll support the Content Quality Assurance team inconducting audits of property listings, content, pricing, and availability. Youwill use Excel and other tools to ensure accuracy and consistency across ourproperty inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a knack fordetail, strong Excel skills, and an interest in quality or operations in tech-based realestate platforms.Key Responsibilities● Assist in performing daily/weekly audits of property data (e.g., price,availability, offers, amenities).● Help ensure accuracy and consistency in content, images, and videos forproperty listings.● Use Excel/Google Sheets to manage and update audit trackers.● Flag issues and follow up with relevant internal teams (Data Entry,Supply).● Conduct basic Freshdesk/email QA audits under supervision.● Help prepare basic reports and QA performance summaries.● Learn and contribute to existing processes and documentation (SOPs).Skills Required :● Recently graduated or final-year student in BCA, BCom, or related field.● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets:○ Functions like VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, etc.○ Formatting and sorting/filtering○ Pivot Tables (preferred)● Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.● Good communication skills (written and verbal).● Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks.● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.● Familiarity with online tools like Freshdesk, CRMs, or internaldashboards is a plus.What You’ll Gain:● Hands-on experience in quality assurance and data audits within a high-growth tech company.● Exposure to international markets & marketplace operations● Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-pacedenvironment.● Certificate of Completion and potential PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) basedon performance.
