Job Description

Responsibilities:Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stayMonitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-inCoordinate luggage collection and storageOversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactionsActively listen to and resolve complaintsEnsure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized servicesCoordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concernsExamine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progressAnalyse customer feedback from the guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratingsRecommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-seeRequirementsProven work experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar role.Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant lawsProficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plusCustomer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skillsExcellent problem-solving and multitasking skillsLeadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performanceAbility to work flexible hoursBSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field is desired.Candidates based in Goa only must applyLocation: Candolim, North GOASalary: Upto 3L per annum plus lucrative incentives
