Job Description:We are looking for dynamic and passionate Admission Counselors to join our team at Unacademy Coimbatore. This role primarily involves telecalling, customer support, and sales counseling to help students and parents make informed decisions about our courses.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to provide course information and counsel them on academic options. - Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the value of Unacademy's offerings. - Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and achieve daily/weekly targets. - Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system. - Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure student satisfaction.Qualifications:- Any degree (Graduates preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Basic customer service and sales aptitude. - Prior experience in admissions or counseling is a plus. - Eagerness to learn and thrive in a startup environment. - Fluent in Tamil and English (both spoken and written).Salary & Incentives:- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance). - Monthly Incentives: Upto ₹1,00,000 (Uncapped; average range ₹30,000–₹60,000). - Total CTC Range: ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPAWhat We Offer:- A vibrant and collaborative startup culture. - Clear growth pathways and leadership opportunities. - A chance to make a real impact in the education sector.
