This role requires a strong grasp of storytelling, brand messaging, and digital content trends to craft engaging and impactful content across various platforms, while providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Roles & Responsibilities:- Write compelling and original content for our website, marketing materials, product descriptions, and digital platforms. - Create eye-catching copy for banners, advertisements, and marketplace listings. - Craft concise and effective product labels that highlight key features and benefits. - Develop scripts for promotional videos. - Reach out to Media publications with brand stories, product launches, trends and collection updates for features. - Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging. - Assist in strategizing for upcoming events, PR kits and brand collaborations. - Research industry trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness with SEO Optimization - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas.The Ideal Profile- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role. - Creative thinking and exceptional storytelling capabilities. - Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization technique especially in beauty industry - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
