Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive at NMEC in Kolkata. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing Purchase Orders, Taking quotations from different Vendors and making comparative statements, overseeing purchase management, coordinating procurement activities, ensuring effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders, and coordinating the entire process from procurement to delivery and also taking consumption of materials.Mainly procurement of Heavy Machinery Spare Parts, Lubricants like Engine Oil, Gear Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Grease & Filters.Qualifications- Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Procurement expertise - Experience in vendor management and negotiations - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
