We already serve a large share of the UK medical-cannabis market and we’re scaling fast—bringing the same clarity and efficiency to other areas of private healthcare.We’re not just writing code or answering tickets; every line we ship and every customer interaction we handle makes real lives healthier and easier.Who We’re Looking ForWe want intellectually curious recent engineering or IT graduates with between 1-4 years of experience who love troubleshooting, explaining technical concepts in plain English and turning “issues” into delighted, loyal customers. You’ll join our B2B Customer Support Team, the front line for clinics, doctors and partner pharmacies that rely on Script Assist every day.If you can switch effortlessly between debugging an API call, guiding a doctor through onboarding, and documenting a best-practice workflow—all while writing crisp, empathetic emails—this role was made for you.The Role: Graduate Trainee – Technology & OperationsYou’ll rotate through customer support, product operations and light technical projects, building the skills you need to become a future leader in Customer Success, Product, or Engineering.
