Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable UPSC Counsellor to guide and mentor students aspiring to crack the UPSC Examination.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to UPSC aspirants to assess their goals, preparation levels, and challenges.Guide students on exam strategies, study plans, and subject selection (like choosing optional subjects).Conduct regular career guidance workshops and motivational sessions.Stay updated with changes in the UPSC syllabus, pattern, and trends.Help students develop a customized preparation plan based on their strengths and weaknesses.Address queries related to exam stages (Prelims, Mains, Interview), eligibility, and application procedures.Collaborate with faculty to track student progress and identify additional support needed.Provide assistance in mock interview preparation and personality development.Maintain records of student interactions and progress reports.Interested candidates can email CV @
