You will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, build planning infrastructure, and interface regularly with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teamsWhat You’ll Do 1. Strategic Planning & ForecastingBuild annual and quarterly planning cycles: AOP and QOP, 2-3 year strategic plans, forecasts etcBuild financial models for various scenarios with key drivers like (ARR growth, pricing strategy, GTM expansion, product-led growth)2. Budgeting & Variance AnalysisOwn department-level budgeting exercise for Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessPerform monthly / Quarterly variance analysis (Plan vs Actual), highlighting key drivers3. SaaS Metrics OwnershipTrack and report key SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Payback, RPE, Gross Margin, Net Retention)Build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and financial scorecards for leadershipUtilise AI to automate certain functions/needs from an FP&A perspective4.
