Years of experience neededOverall, 10-12 years of experience on Project ManagementMinimum of 6 years of experience working on Salesforce CRM projectsSkills: Sales, Service, Financial Service, Health & Experience Clouds.Working experience with LWC, Apex, Lightning and Salesforce development and deployment tools. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsResponsibilities: 1. Project Planning and StrategyDefine Scope and Objectives: Work with stakeholders to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop Project Plan: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.2. Stakeholder ManagementClient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and communication.Manage Expectations: Set and manage expectations with stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables.3. Technical OversightTechnical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the project adheres to best practices and Salesforce standards.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools as needed.4.
