This role focuses on both production support (60%) and project implementations (40%), ensuring stability and performance across warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP EWM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to address critical business issues and implement scalable solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the troubleshooting and resolution of SAP EWM queue-related errors, particularly in areas such as shipping, serialization, and labeling.Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and collaborate with developers to design and deploy fixes.Provide critical onsite support for urgent production issues, ensuring coverage through mid-day CST.Gather, document, and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications as needed.Partner with Solution Architects and development teams to design and deliver solutions that align with operational goals.Maintain and update functional documentation, ensuring it reflects current system configurations and processes.Required Skills & Experience7–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, covering both production support and implementation projects.In-depth understanding of EWM queues, serialization, labeling, and warehouse execution processes.Proven experience in writing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve high-priority incidents under pressure.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in high-volume distribution centers with a wide range of diversified products.Techno-functional capabilities, including the ability to debug ABAP code to assist in issue analysis and resolution.Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments in a warehouse/distribution domain is a plus.
