Rooted in experimentation and emotional resonance, we exist at the intersection of music, art, and meaning—a home for those seeking something deeper.Internship Overview:We are looking for a driven and imaginative intern to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of a music label while contributing to projects that blur the lines between art and sound. You’ll be involved in A&R research, creative production, campaign support, and content development — gaining valuable insight into how a vision-first label operates.What You’ll Do:- Support day-to-day operations of the label and creative platform - Assist with artist release campaigns, timelines, and rollouts - Conduct cultural and sonic research for the label head and creative projects - Organize music metadata and digital assets - Help brainstorm and coordinate visual content across platforms - Provide on-ground support for events, shoots, and sessions - Collaborate on mood boards, decks, and presentation materials - Participate in creative meetings and pitch your own ideasWhat We’re Looking For:- A deep love for music, especially electronic and genre-fluid sounds - Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn by doing - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) - Comfortable navigating Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, etc. - Self-starter energy and a collaborative mindsetBonus Points If You:- Have a background in design, editing, photography, or storytelling - Are plugged into subcultures, underground music, or digital communities - Know your way around basic music production or audio editing - Have worked on your own passion projects (zines, playlists, blogs, etc.)Perks of the Internship:- Learn directly from DNKLE and our core team - Be a part of a purpose-driven community of artists and creators - Opportunities to shadow and assist across departments - Flexible environment with room to experiment and grow - Letter of recommendation, stipend, and consideration for future opportunitiesTo Apply:Send your resume, a short note about why this job resonates with you, and any work samples to this Email: smriti.bhoker@
