Job Summary:We are looking for a high-potential Business Finance professional to join our dynamic team supporting the procurement business. This role will play a critical part in managing financial planning, credit risk, collections, and supporting procurement strategies with a strong data-driven approach.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct credit risk assessment and monitoring for suppliers and partners in the procurement chain. - Evaluate and improve risk models and credit scoring mechanisms. - Analyze financial data and business metrics to support strategic decision-making. - Partner with procurement and business teams to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Collaborate with controllership and business units to ensure credit, risk, and collection compliance. - Monitor working capital and ensure effective cash flow management. - Oversee collection processes to ensure timely recovery from suppliers and partners, minimizing overdue balances and bad debts. - Prepare regular MIS and dashboards. - Support pricing, cost optimization, and investment evaluation in procurement decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications:- CA/CFA with Business Finance experience / MBA Finance from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute. - 2–5 years of experience in business finance, preferably in NBFC, banking, or financial services. - Strong understanding of credit and risk analysis, especially in the context of procurement or supply chain finance. - Experience in managing collection processes and improving recovery metrics. - Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
