We are proud to have trained and certified over 380,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwidePosition Overview-The Institutional Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with Universities and Colleges. The position is responsible for achieving sales and profitability through Institutional/ Academia Sales in the assigned territoryJob Responsibilities are but not limited to-• Responsible for revenue and profitability goals. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Must build the required order book.• Identify, build and manage Total Addressable Market for EC-Council’s Academia Programs in the assigned region or territory to meet organizational goals.• Build and manage suitable engagement with the academia for the development of business, key academic influencers, decision-making metrics, and academic cycles.• Have deep knowledge of curriculum mapping, functionalities of the board of studies, and maintain meaningful relationships with the key academicians in the assigned territory.• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.• Identifies new opportunities, implements change, resolves issues, gathers competitive information, and identifies trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability.Requires skills, education and experience-• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent• Minimum four years of experience in sales & business development, preferably in Edtech industry • Accent neutral and fluent verbal and written communication skills in English• Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.• Familiarity with cybersecurity or related technology sectors is advantageous.• Telco/Fin/Consulting/Training industry experience is preferred• Deep understanding of technologies and cyber-security market trend is preferredCandidates available to join at short notice are preferred.Additional Information:We are an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
