Sales Head – Working Capital Loans Department: Business Loans / SME Lending Location: Noida Sector 75, Spectrum Metro Mall, Phase-II Email: / 97735 93871 Salary: Up to 15LPA        No of Openings: 1 Job Summary: The Sales Head – Working Capital Loans is responsible for strategizing, leading, and growing the working capital loan portfolio for SMEs, MSMEs, and business customers. The role involves overseeing sales operations, building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring portfolio quality and compliance with credit and risk guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Planning ·       Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for working capital loan products (CC, OD, Term Loans, Invoice Discounting, etc.). ·       Identify key business opportunities across geographies, industries, and customer segments. ·       Set clear sales goals and performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives. 2. Business Development & Growth ·       Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across SME/MSME sectors. ·       Build a strong lead generation engine through direct sales, channel partners, and digital platforms. 3. Team Leadership & Management ·       Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Cluster Heads. ·       Set sales targets, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews. ·       Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals. 4. Credit and Risk Coordination ·       Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure the right balance between business growth and asset quality. ·       Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and minimal delinquencies. ·       Stay updated with RBI regulations and credit norms applicable to working capital finance. 5. Product & Market Intelligence ·       Regularly analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. ·       Collaborate with the product team to enhance loan offerings and create tailored financial solutions. ·       Launch and promote new products or variants based on market demand. 6. Reporting & Compliance ·       Maintain accurate MIS, funnel management, and performance dashboards. ·       Ensure all processes are compliant with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. ·       Drive adherence to audit standards and close audit observations promptly. Key Requirements: ·       Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA) ·       Experience: 8–10 years of experience in business loan/working capital sales with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role ·       Skills: o  Strong knowledge of SME lending, CC/OD structures, financial analysis, and credit evaluation o  Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills o  Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities o  Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced environment o  Data-driven mindset and proficiency in sales analytics Preferred Background: ·       Prior experience in banks, NBFCs, or Corporate DSA with exposure to SME lending ·       Well-versed with underwriting models, bank statement analysis, and industry risk profiling ·       Established relationships with SMEs, industry clusters.
