Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesDeveloping Short- & Long-term Business Strategy in terms of economic use of minerals at mines by beneficiation.Developing the process flowsheets of mineral beneficiation for enrichment/value addition. Feasibility study for optimum utilization of minerals with focus on economic viabilityTailing/Rejects Management and its disposal plan.Ensuring compliances with Statutory provision from time to timeSupport decision making for acquisition of mineral blocks.Work closely with Global R&D team and different scientific research institutes - for developing Minerology/ore characterization Studies.Lead Role in developing center of excellence for mineral beneficiation.Key ChallengesStudy the Mineral Characteristics of Mines (Green/Brown field) and recommendation of best suited mineral processing & beneficiation process flow for optimum utilization mineral resources with enrichment and value addition.Develop Cost Effective process parameters with innovative and tailormade solutions. Minimizing Rejects with Maximum recovery as per captive requirement.
