We're looking for a skilled, disciplined, and creative Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen brigade and help bring our food philosophy to life.Role Summary:As CDP, you’ll be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen — mastering its operations, maintaining high standards of preparation, and mentoring junior kitchen staff. Your goal is to ensure every dish served is consistent, delicious, and perfectly executed, in line with Food Whisperer's culinary vision.Key Responsibilities:Section ManagementIndependently manage a kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry, cold) with precision and ownership.Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with standard recipes and quality standards.Ensure mise en place is always prepped and ready for smooth service.Quality & ConsistencyMaintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation for every dish.Check ingredients and products for freshness and proper storage conditions.Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols in your section.Team CollaborationCoordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef on daily prep and service flow.Guide and train Commis and junior cooks in techniques, hygiene, and kitchen etiquette.Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods with calm efficiency.Inventory & Waste ManagementMonitor stock levels in your section and report shortages proactively.Assist with inventory control and help minimize food wastage.Ensure proper storage and labeling of all ingredients and prepped items.What We’re Looking For:4-8 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a CDP or equivalent role.Expertise in at least one kitchen section (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).Knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and culinary techniques.Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy service.A team player with a passion for food and attention to detail.Culinary certification or diploma preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong.What We Offer:Competitive salary and growth opportunities.A creative kitchen environment where ideas and innovation are welcome.Meals on duty and staff discounts.Training and skill development under experienced chefs.A chance to be part of a food brand that’s redefining the dining experience.
