The ideal candidate will work from our Noida office and be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them through the entire admission process.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries from prospective students in the USA.Counsel students about educational programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process.Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.Update and manage student information in the CRM system accurately.Meet and exceed targets related to calls, conversions, and admissions.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.Eligibility Criteria:Freshers and experienced can both applyExcellent communication skills in English.Willingness to work night shifts (USA time zones).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.Must be comfortable working from an office in Noida.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of the US education system or experience in international counseling.Hands-on experience with CRM systems and telecommunication tools.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Perks & Benefits:Fixed working hours (Night Shift – 5 days a week)Lucrative incentives for performanceProfessional growth opportunitiesTraining and support providedModern and comfortable office environment
