The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who can generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, communicate with clients, and collaborate with the tech team to close deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently, and are motivated by targets, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities:✔ Lead Generation & Bidding:• Strong experience in Upwork bidding – identifying, pitching, and securing high-value projects.• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator & other lead generation tools to identify and reach potential clients.• Explore other technical lead generation channels for outbound and inbound strategies.✔ Sales Pipeline & Client Communication:• Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track opportunities from lead to closure.• Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.• Work closely with the tech team to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.✔ Closing Deals & Target Achievement:• Own and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently.• Use AI-powered tools to optimize lead research, email writing, and proposal creation.• Act as a leader, initiating strategies and taking full ownership of the business development process.Key Skills & Requirements:✅ Must-Have:• Upwork bidding expertise – strong track record in winning projects.• Lead generation through LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.• Excellent verbal & written communication skills – ability to create compelling proposals.• Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.• Fast, proactive, and self-initiating work approach.• Strong negotiation & client-handling skills.• Leadership qualities – able to take ownership of tasks independently.✅ Good to Have:• Experience in lead generation for Game Development, XR (AR/VR), Web Development, or Mobile App Development domains.• Knowledge of other technical lead generation strategies (email outreach, cold calling, automation tools).
