Job Overview:We are seeking a talented Script Writer & Strategy enthusiast to join our Talent Management & Influencer Marketing Agency. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective scripts for our influencers to use in their video content. You will collaborate with our Influencer Marketing team to develop campaign ideas, research target audiences, and craft compelling narratives that align with the brand's messaging.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Researching and writing high-quality and creative concepts and scripts for influencer campaigns which includes video content, social media ads, product reviews and brand endorsementsDevelop innovative organic content ideas tailored to individual creators and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Identify content trends, cultural moments and adapt to creators' profilesCollaborate with talent managers and creators to align content direction with audience growth goalsWrite scripts and outlines for branded campaigns, ensuring the creator’s voice stays authentic while meeting brand objectivesCreate visually engaging and strategic pitch decks for branded campaignsReview, edit and proofread scripts and content to ensure that they are accurate, engaging, and in sync with the brand’s campaign.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsImmaculate Understanding of marketing and brandingKnowledge of social media trends and best practicesStrong understanding of digital content platforms, creator economy, and social media trendsProven experience writing short-form and long-form scripts (Reels, YouTube, campaigns)Ability to think both creatively and analytically
