Your primary focus will be on selling group tour packages, particularly for Dubai and other expanding destinations. You will leverage our established reputation and repeat customer base to drive sales and meet ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Lead Conversion Engage with senior citizens and their families: Understand their travel needs, explain the benefits of our tours, and guide them through the booking process. Handle incoming leads: Follow up promptly via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Close sales quickly and effectively: Utilize a limited-seat urgency approach to convert leads. Upsell & cross-sell: Encourage existing customers to book new travel destinations.2. Customer Relationship & Referrals Leverage past travelers: Nurture repeat bookings by engaging with our extensive base of senior travelers. Execute referral programs: Promote and manage referral initiatives with attractive incentives. Build trust and rapport: Ensure clear communication, reassurance, and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.3. Strategic Expansion & Market Growth Promote new destinations: Educate potential customers on travel packages to the Middle East, CIS, and Far East regions. Collaborate with community groups and temples: Engage with BAPS Satsangis and senior associations to widen our market reach. Achieve target-based sales: Consistently meet monthly booking targets to support our mission of over 10,000 travelers.4. Operational Coordination Ensure smooth booking and documentation: Assist clients with the booking process, including passport, visa, flight bookings, and travel insurance. Coordinate with operations: Work closely with the operations team to address special needs such as wheelchair assistance and medical support.
