Job Role: Online Tutor(Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Science, Mathematics) K12Job Location : Remote (WFH)Key Responsibilities (Online Tutor):Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions that support students' academic progress and enhance their understanding of subject-specific concepts.Use a variety of digital tools and teaching strategies to create an interactive, student-centered virtual learning environment.Personalize instruction based on each student's learning style, pace, and academic needs to improve comprehension and retention.Collaborate with academic teams to align tutoring sessions with curriculum goals and learning outcomes.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their development and academic performance.Track and report student progress, identifying areas of difficulty and adjusting instructional strategies as needed.Stay current with best practices in online education, digital tools, and subject-area knowledge to ensure high-quality tutoring.Communicate regularly with students and parents (if applicable) to discuss progress, address concerns, and reinforce learning goals.Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional online presence to foster student motivation and confidence.Participate in team meetings, peer learning opportunities, and continuous development initiatives to enhance tutoring effectiveness.Qualifications & SkillsEducational & Professional Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related subjects.Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a hybrid academic-marketing role.Strong understanding of the core subject and prepare own teaching materialTechnical Proficiencies :Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools.Familiarity with digital Pentab and other digital toolsSoft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Creative thinking with a knack for integrating attentive classes and interactive sessions.Ability to motivate and inspire students.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Job Types: Part-time, FreelanceContract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 15 – 20 per weekBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Evening shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonus
