About the Role:ANP Consulting is looking for a EPM Techno-Functional Professional for a Leadership Position with a strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and a solid background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). You'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, high-impact planning solutions for enterprise clients across industries.You’ll work with modern EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, IBM TM1, SAP SAC, Cognos, and Pigment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help transform finance processes through technology.Location: RemoteKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end EPM solution design and implementations for enterprise clientsAnalyze finance and business requirements to design scalable planning models (OPEX, P&L, Revenue, Workforce)Act as a subject matter expert in EPM platformsBuild and customize models, dashboards, reports, and workflows within EPM systemsGuide and mentor juniors, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge transferConduct client workshops, demos, and user training sessionsCollaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoptionSupport pre-sales efforts, including solutioning and proposal inputs as neededEnsure project deliverables align with timelines, budgets, and client expectationsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of total professional experience in any EPM tool implementationStrong expertise in EPM platforms such as Anaplan (preferred), Oracle Cloud EPM, IBM TM1, SAP SAC, Cognos, Pigment, or similar toolsSolid functional understanding of FP&A processes (OPEX, Revenue Planning, Workforce, etc.)Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA in FinanceExperience in an IT consulting or system implementation environmentExcellent communication and client engagement skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setting, with flexibility for global time zonesNotice period of less than 45 days preferredPreferred Skills:EPM tool design, model building, and solution architectureData integration knowledge with ERP systems and BI toolsExperience working with distributed teams across geographiesExposure to agile implementation methodologiesWhy Join US?Remote-first, flexible work environmentWork with global clients on impactful, cutting-edge EPM projectsFast-growing consulting firm with a strong focus on EPM innovationContinuous learning and professional developmentBe part of a fast-growing, forward-thinking consulting team focused on EPM innovation
