The selected candidate will contribute to the development, testing, and improvement of herbal products by integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern scientific practices.Key Responsibilities:Conduct scientific research and clinical evaluations on Ayurvedic herbs and ingredients.Develop new Ayurvedic formulations, wellness supplements, and therapeutic products.Validate classical formulations using modern analytical and pharmacological tools.Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams for product lifecycle management.Prepare technical dossiers, regulatory documentation, and research publications.Supervise and interpret stability studies, standardization protocols, and quality testing of raw materials and finished goods.Stay abreast with Ayurvedic pharmacopeia, AYUSH guidelines, and relevant industry regulations.Contribute to product innovation and process improvement based on research insights.Skills Required:Strong understanding of Ayurvedic texts and their practical application in product developmentProficiency in scientific research methodologies, data analysis, and lab operationsExcellent written and verbal communication in both English and HindiCollaborative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovationAbility to translate traditional knowledge into scientifically validated formulationsExperience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Ayurvedic research, formulation development, or product innovation.Career Growth Opportunities:R&D Scientist – AyurvedaProduct Development SpecialistRegulatory Affairs Executive – AYUSHClinical Research Associate – AYUSHRole Description:This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an R&D Executive with an M.Pharm in Ayurveda.
