The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, market research, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive growth and retention. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that promote Buopso’s products/services. Participate in negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and ensure competitive positioning. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the company’s network. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of business development projects. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles (1-3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in IT Industry. Familiarity with digital marketing and sales tools. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
