Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategic planning Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) within the supply chain. Support data-driven initiatives by ensuring accurate data collection analysis. Assist in the creation and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) 2. Process Study and Improvement: Conduct thorough assessments of current Supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and streamline workflows.Track & report on the impact of process improvements. Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process optimization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams. Continuous improvement mind-set with a focus on efficiency and innovation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation and digital transformation in supply chain processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
