Job Purpose: This role will involve liaising with regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication between departments, and maintaining a thorough understanding of local authorities (panchayat, Labour commissioner, etc) and government authorities like dy. Labour commissioner, etc so that plant run smoothly & seamlessly without any problem.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Oversight:Ensure that the manufacturing plant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standardsMonitor and track regulatory changes, ensuring compliance policies are updated accordinglyPrepare and submit compliance documentation and reports to relevant authorities as requiredInternal Communication and Liaison:Serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturing plant and regulatory agencies, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.Communicate compliance requirements clearly and effectively to all departmentsAudit and Inspection Coordination:Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.Develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings and inspection reports.Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance-related issues.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.Prepare and present regular compliance status reports to the management team.Ensure all compliance documentation is easily accessible and well-organized for future audits or reviews.Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the production team to implement best practices.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements to keep the plant compliant.Dealing with local authorities:To handle labour department, police etcFollow any other work/ instructions given by management from time to timeAcademic & Professional Qualifications:Any Graduate/ Post GraduateSkills & Competencies Required:Government Liaison and Relationship ManagementStakeholder EngagementPolicy Advocacy and Regulatory ComplianceNetworking and Relationship BuildingStrategic Thinking and Decision MakingCommunication and InfluenceProblem Solving and Decision FacilitationPolitical and Social AcumenOrganizational CoordinationEthics and Integrity
