Exciting Job Opportunity at HCLTECHJob Brief:We require a person with excellent communication skills and peoples’ skills. The person should be able to maintain confidentiality. The person would be responsible for managing the Induction, Scholar Connects, Engagement sessions and Events, Performance discussions, Scholars’ Conduct and behavioral issues, front end for Grievance redressal, address queries and manage Exit requests and actions.Responsibilities:Induction:Informing candidates regarding the start of Training Scheduling and conducting HR Induction and Parental Connect, during the start of Training Introduction to the organization, Overview of the processes and policies, session to clarify candidate and parental queries Conducting regular Batch Connects, Engagement sessions and Performance related discussions. Updating all the details on the application tools for the below: Regular Batch Connects as per the Batch Calendar Regular Engagement sessions and events as per the Engagement Calendar Performance related coaching and Scholar discussions as and when referred by Training Team Parental discussions and Parental Undertaking before Final re-assessment Addressing Scholar grievances within SLA and respond to query tickets within SLA Internship Induction to socialize the Scholars regarding Internship Phase, organizational and professional requirements, addressing any concerns and queries Exit discussions with focus on Retention discussions for Voluntary exits Supporting Scholars during their training process by: Scheduling and completing all required discussions within stipulated SLAs. Understanding the actual situation and root causes, identify behavioral patterns which might be potential deterrents.
