This role is perfect for professionals with up to 1 year or 6 months of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and business development. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.It is a Night Shift Role.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and cold calling to connect with potential clients. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects. Identify and qualify leads to maintain a healthy sales funnel. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage with potential customers daily. Launch and manage targeted cold email campaigns to generate leads. Update and manage all sales activities and lead information in the CRM system. Research and identify decision-makers and key influencers within targeted accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and contribute to meeting team revenue targets. Assist in running targeted outbound campaigns across various industries and geographies. Learn and adapt to the sales process while consistently meeting daily and monthly quotas.Qualifications and Skills:Atleast 1 year or 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English. Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn from constructive feedback. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain relationships. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other productivity tools. A self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
