We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic HR professionals to Join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiter-Trainee on a contractual basis.Location: Kochi, Trivandrum ,HyderabadResponsibilities Understand job requirements and source suitable IT profiles from various job boards Screen candidates through phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews. Maintain and update databases of candidate and recruitment trackers. Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needsQualifications 0-1 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment/Sourcing or internship in HR Willingness to work on a contractual basis Flexible to work from officeRequired SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
