Designation - Manager - International Business Location - Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi Working Days - 6 , 2 Saturdays WFHKey Responsibilities: Develop and expand business with existing and new customers through active participation in exhibitions, events, and conferences. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with partners and distributors in the assigned region. Build and sustain strong business relationships with customers by offering suitable products and services while ensuring timely delivery as agreed. Monitor market trends and developments to identify new business opportunities with both potential and existing customers. Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to capitalize on sales opportunities, offering customers effective solutions for their business needs. Support customers during trials of newly developed products, ensuring successful implementation and feedback. Maintain pricing policies and develop market strategies in alignment with the company's overall corporate strategy. Coordinate with the credit team to follow up on receivables from customers as required. Work closely with internal supply chain teams to ensure optimal service conditions for the markets under your responsibility. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 years experience in international business, preferably in the Medical Device or Pharma Industry in foreign geography Must have team handling experience Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with a high degree of accuracy and effective time management. Ability to travel internationally as required.
