Location: Pune, BengaluruBeing part of an agile team, the Senior PEGA Decisioning Consultant will have overall experience of 8+ years, a role in creating smarter campaigns and processes. Innovating campaigns using state of the art methodologies by providing the simplest solution to the most complex problems.About the RoleWill play a key role in the design and development of decisioning strategies, managing proposition/offer matrices, and supporting the development of agile stories.Responsibilities- 3+ years of relevant Pega Decisioning consulting or industry experience (Decisioning Framework and Architecture, Propositions Management and Building, Next Best Action Designer, Campaign Management – Inbound and Outbound, Data Platforms). - Pega Decisioning project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live. - 2+ year(s) experience delivering complex Marketing/CVM engagements. - Pega Decisioning Consultant certification. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. - Ability to understand and communicate client strategic business drivers and operational process requirements AND link specific business requirements to Pega Decisioning capabilities. - Ability to collaborate and communicate well with teams across multiple workstreams such as IT, Marketing, Data, Digital, Customer Value Management etc. - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. - Undertake ad-hoc data analysis and reporting using Teradata and Oracle SQL. - Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills. - Contribute, as member of an agile team, in the research, analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of solutions that best suit business and technology strategy. - Participate in build reviews. - Contribute to knowledge sharing in the team.Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.Required Skills- 3+ years of relevant Pega Decisioning consulting or industry experience. - Pega Decisioning project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle. - 2+ year(s) experience delivering complex Marketing/CVM engagements. - Pega Decisioning Consultant certification. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to collaborate and communicate well with teams across multiple workstreams. - Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.Preferred Skills- Experience with Teradata and Oracle SQL. - Experience in agile methodologies.Pay range and compensation packageNot specified in the provided job description.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
