Role Overview:As a Technical Program Manager at Third Wave Coffee, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of technology projects, particularly ERP/POS systems and mobile app/backend solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, identify roadblocks, and ensure efficient delivery of solutions. Your focus will be on meeting project deadlines, ensuring smooth delivery, and continuously improving the project execution processes.Key Responsibilities:- Manage ERP/POS Systems: Lead the execution and optimization of the ERP and POS systems, ensuring smooth operations, effective integration, and timely upgrades. - Mobile App & Backend Management: Oversee the delivery of the mobile app and backend systems (AWS, Java Spring Boot, Flutter, and native legacy tech), ensuring that development teams stay on track, and troubleshooting obstacles to maintain progress. - Project Management: Define project scope, timelines, and resources; track deliverables, and manage dependencies. - Unblock Delivery: Actively identify and remove blockers across technical teams to keep projects on schedule, ensuring that the right resources are allocated and obstacles are addressed quickly. - Metrics Definition & Tracking: Establish key metrics to measure project success, and track performance through clear KPIs and OKRs. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between developers, product managers, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals. - Risk Management: Monitor and report on risks, proposing mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions in the delivery. - Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize program management processes for greater efficiency, agility, and outcomes.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects. - Experience managing ERP, POS systems, and mobile applications (native & Flutter). - Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS) and backend frameworks (Java Spring Boot). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and unblock teams. - Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate cross-team collaboration. - Ability to define, measure, and track program metrics to gauge success and drive improvements.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of legacy systems and experience in managing their integration with modern technologies. - Familiarity with coffee industry technologies and business processes is a plus.
