Our mission is to build a transparent, tech-driven, and farmer-friendly fresh produce ecosystem that benefits both ends of the supply chain.‍Role Overview We are looking for aFarm Relationship Managerto lead engagement withFarmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)and individual farmers. The ideal candidate will work closely with sourcing, agronomy, and operations teams to ensure the consistent supply of quality produce while building long-term trust and transparency with our farmer network.Key Responsibilities ·Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships withFPOs, cooperatives, and individual farmers . ·Educate and align farmers oncrop planning, quality standards , andmarket demand trends . ·Coordinate with internal teams to ensuretimely procurement ,logistics , andpayment transparency . ·Conduct regular farm visits to monitorcrop health, harvest readiness , andpost-harvest practices . ·Organizeawareness drives, training programs, and agri-input supportsessions for farmers. ·Drive adoption ofdigital traceability , harvest scheduling, andfair price transparency tools . ·Resolve any on-ground farmer grievances in a timely and professional manner.✅Requirements ·Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Rural Management, or related field. ·2–5 years of experience in farmer engagement, FPO management, or field procurement (preferred in fruits/vegetables). ·Strong knowledge ofcrop cycles, grading parameters , andfarmgate operations . ·Good communication inlocal language(s)and Hindi.
