Handle permanent hiring mandates across BFSI verticals: Retail Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, Wealth Management, Fintech, etc. Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting & mapping strategies. Strong understanding of roles like RM, BDM, Credit Analyst, Branch Banking, Insurance Advisors, etc. Conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Maintaining a robust candidate database and daily pipeline updates. Building a solid referral network and tapping into passive talent pools. Collaborating with internal teams and mentoring junior recruiters (if applicable). Ensure timely delivery and quality placements with a strong focus on client satisfaction.✔ What You Bring to the Table: Proven recruitment experience in the BFSI domain.
