Autobitnex is a fast-growing technology company focused on thedesign and development of advanced automotive electronics . We partner with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to delivercustomized embedded systems ,electronic control units (ECUs) , andvehicle electronic modulesacross various domains including powertrain, infotainment, and electric mobility. We are now looking to hire aBusiness Development & Marketing Managerto build strategic relationships with automotive clients and guide product-market alignment through detailed industry research.Key Responsibilities:1.Client Outreach & Relationship Building:Identify and approachautomotive OEMs and Tier-1 companiesrequiring electronic design and embedded development support. Engage withengineering heads, program managers, and sourcing teamsto understand their product needs. Present Autobitnex capabilities and proposecollaborative development models .2.Marketing & Sales Strategy Execution:Developtechnical brochures, company profiles, and case studiesto support customer conversations. Plan and runemail campaigns, LinkedIn outreach , and follow-up pipelines. Participate in relevantindustry expos, vendor meets, or roadshowsto network and showcase offerings.3.Product & Market Research:Performcompetitive benchmarkingand analyze market trends in automotive electronics (e.g., EV modules, sensor integration, ECU consolidation). Conductcustomer requirement gathering sessionsand translate findings into potentialproduct features or service offerings . Help defineproduct roadmap suggestionsbased on actual demand patterns from the field.4.Proposal Creation & Follow-up:Work closely with internal engineering teams to preparecustom proposalsandcost estimations . Track follow-ups, maintain prospect pipelines, and supportdeal closure .5.(Add-on Role) HIL Testing Services:Where relevant, present AutobitnexsHardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing as a Serviceoffering to validation teams.
