You will be responsible for leading a large inside sales team, formulating and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, and optimizing sales operations. This role demands a data-driven leader with a proven track record in sales leadership, capable of mentoring teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities -- Lead and mentor a high-performing inside sales team to achieve targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies focused on revenue growth. - Manage end-to-end sales operations, including pipeline forecasting and reporting. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams. - Oversee training and development programs to upskill the sales team. - Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales interactions. - Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements. - Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.Apply Here -
