Should have experience as a Procurement Manager in a Real Estate field with Developer, major contractor/ Developer/ Consultant Should have good market knowledge especially in West Indian market - Mumbai / Pune Should have good relations with major vendors, Building Contractors, Interior Contractors, M/ E / P / F Contractors Should have worked in minimum two major Hotel / Mixed Use Developments / Residential Complexes / Infotech parks / Commercial Building Should be fluent in English Should have good negotiation skills Should have sound knowledge of Contracts, applicable laws, taxation with respect to procurement in Real Estate fieldJob Summary The Group is looking for an experienced Manager to support the Head Contract and Commercial in effective decision-making, project management and execution of strategic initiatives. Expertise in making Statement of Claims (SOC) / Statement of Response and Rejoinders etc for claims in relation to construction Familiar with Dispute Resolution / Arbitration procedures and participated in Arbitration meetings Diversified experience in all areas including site analysis, project planning, concept & design development, study, feasibility, valuation etc. Expertise in contractual, commercial and communication aspects of the development including financial reporting claims, cost control, final accounts. Demonstrated success in Tendering (evaluation, negotiation, recommendations and Letter of Acceptance), procurement strategy and plan, claim adjudication, preparation of Order of Magnitude Estimates, Budget & Definitive Estimates. Familiar with various standards in the construction of bridges, flyovers, roads and culverts, buildings. Creative analytical problem solver with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; proficient in execution of Projects involving multidisciplinary works in coordination with cross-functional teams. Competent in leading a team effectively by assuming overall responsibility for delivery of projects within strict environment safety, quality, time and cost parameters.
