At CareStack, the Product Manager defines the path forward for the evolution of the productplatform. As a Product Manager, you'd be responsible for:● Working closely with all our stakeholders - customers, executive leadership, sales,marketing and implementation teams - to understand and prioritize the most importantdrivers for business growth.● Building consensus on the business priorities based on which the product platformneeds to evolve.● Working closely with the development and the marketing teams to plan and launchvalue bundles within the platform.● Analyzing the performance of the application platform, monitor the effectiveness of thefeatures / value bundles launched, and communicate the same within theorganization.● Evangelizing the product story - around impact, growth and the future - both internallyand externally to build transparency, trust and confidence.● Working with sales and business development teams to close deals with largercustomers.What would you need to succeed as a PM at CareStack?● Ability to empathize, analyse, prioritize, visualize, articulate, document and coordinate.● A natural desire to make people around you successful.● Ability and willingness to learn new business domains and applications.● At least 2 years of experience working as a developer is highly preferred.● An MBA degree is good-to-have, but not required.
