You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and work closely with our technical team to deliver tailored AV solutions that address evolving client needs.Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through various lead generation channels. - Understand client AV requirements and propose suitable, customized solutions. - Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients. - Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated AV systems. - Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Manage sales pipeline and leads using CRM software. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging AV technologies. - Represent AV Dynamic at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. - 2–5 years’ experience in AV, IT, or technology solution sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong knowledge of AV solutions and integration processes. - Familiarity with AV brands such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Poly, Shure, or similar is a plus. - Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach.Working Conditions- Location: Pune (On-site) - Standard office hours with occasional travel to client locations and industry events. - Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environment.
