This role is critical in strengthening digital footprint and revenue through marketplace channels. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and fashion retail acumen.Key Responsibilities: Channel Strategy & Ownership: Develop and execute marketplace-specific growth strategies tailored to each platform (e.g., Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion), in alignment with brand goals and seasonal merchandise plans. Revenue and P&L Management: Own the marketplace P&L and drive topline and bottom- line growth through data-driven decision-making and pricing optimization. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with category teams at key marketplaces to drive visibility, negotiate campaigns, and secure premium placements. Assortment Planning & Merchandising: Coordinate with the merchandising and buying teams to plan assortments that resonate with each platform’s audience and seasonal demand. Promotions & Campaigns: Strategize and execute campaigns, brand days, and festive promotions in collaboration with marketplace marketing teams. Inventory & Operations Oversight: Work with internal supply chain and warehousing teams to ensure stock availability, inventory health, and optimal fulfillment SLAs. Data & Insights: Analyze channel-wise performance metrics and customer behavior to recommend ongoing optimizations and report to senior leadership. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with design, tech, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand experience and operations excellence.Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in fashion brands and managing marketplace operations. Proven track record of scaling digital revenue through online marketplaces. Strong analytical skills with comfort using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace dashboards. Deep understanding of the fashion retail ecosystem and digital consumer behavior. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. MBA from a recognized Tier 2 Business School.
