The company aims to support business leaders and startup founders in focusing on business development and expansion while providing supervision and reporting for smooth operations, finance, and customer support with a compliance-centric approach.Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site Articled Assistant role located in Gurgaon at Catalyse Advisory LLP. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting in business enhancement, data analytics, KRA & due diligence, FEMA compliance, direct and indirect taxation, and financial modeling. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to supporting the consulting services provided by the company.Eligibility & Qualifications (as per ICAI Norms):- Candidates must have cleared IPCC Group I & Group II, or - Have entered through the Direct Entry Scheme as prescribed by the ICAI. - Strong foundational knowledge of accounting and taxation principles.Essential Skills:- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (or later versions like Tally Prime). - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Gmail/Outlook. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Stipend:- The stipend will be in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and will be discussed during the interview process.Working Hours:- Working hours will be as per the guidelines of the ICAI, ensuring a balance between practical training and theoretical studies.Why Join Us?- Gain hands-on experience across diverse areas of chartered accountancy. - Mentorship from experienced professionals. - A conducive environment for learning and professional growth. - Exposure to a variety of clients and industry
