We are known for delivering high-impact leadership hiring solutions with speed, precision, and insight.Role Overview We are now looking for a Business Lead – Industrial Practice to build and lead our Industrial vertical from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role requiring deep experience in business development, client acquisition, and delivery of leadership mandates across the Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, Infrastructure, and Automotive sectors.Key Responsibilities Practice Building & Ownership Build the Industrial Practice from scratch – define structure, service offerings, and go-to-market strategyDrive revenue growth, P&L ownership, and operational excellence for the verticalEstablish Fyndbridge as a trusted partner for leadership hiring across industrial sectorsNew Client Acquisition & Business Development Develop a strong pipeline of new clients across large enterprises, mid-market firms, and industrial conglomeratesConduct business development meetings with CXOs, HR Heads, and Business Leaders to understand hiring needsCraft tailored talent solutions and proposals to win new mandatesEnd-to-End Search Delivery Manage end-to-end delivery of executive search mandates – from requirement gathering, market mapping, and candidate engagement to offer management and onboardingBuild and maintain a high-quality candidate network across key industrial roles (CXOs, BU Heads, Plant Heads, etc.)Ensure delivery excellence with a focus on speed, quality, and client satisfactionTeam Building & Management Hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and consultants to scale deliveryDrive a performance-oriented culture and foster professional growth within the teamIdeal Candidate Profile10–15 years of experience in recruitment consulting / executive search, with a strong focus on the industrial/manufacturing/engineering sectorsDemonstrated experience in new client acquisition and business developmentProven ability to independently manage and deliver senior-level mandatesDeep understanding of talent dynamics, org structures, and market trends in core industriesEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a startup-like, high-growth environmentStrong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsWhat’s in It for YouOpportunity to build and scale a business practice within a growing firmHigh level of autonomy, ownershipCompetitive compensation + performance-linked incentivesOpportunity to work directly with the Founders and shape the firm’s future
