The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, payroll management, and facilitating communication between staff and management.Qualifications- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations - Proficiency in performance management, training, and development programs - Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements - Experience with payroll management and HR information systems - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and within a team - Experience in the manufacturing or jewelry industry is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 year experience in HR Department Annual CTC 3 LPA - 5 LPA
