The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, Agents understanding their insurance needs, and presenting appropriate insurance solutions. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about various insurance products and industry trends.Qualifications Strong Sales and negotiation skills Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products Experience with client relationship management Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of Motor, Health, Personal Accident, Home, and Travel Insurance is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
