Role Overview The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's investor relations strategy, fostering strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders. This role also integrates key functions of corporate affairs, including communication strategy and public policy Key Responsibilities Investor Relations Develop and manage a comprehensive investor relations program that enhances the company's visibility and valuation in capital markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, fund managers, and rating agencies. Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other investor communication, investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and AGM Track market trends, peer performance, and analyst expectations to provide strategic insights to the leadership team. Manage communications during M&A, fundraising, or restructuring events. Corporate Affairs & Relations Liaise with government bodies, stake holders, local authority and administration Maintain active engagement with key stakeholders including industry associations, chambers of commerce, and government forums. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for seamless execution of company secretarial Oversee corporate governance frameworks and ensure adherence to statutory disclosure and compliance requirements. Represent the organisation at industry events to strengthen brand and stakeholder engagement. Drive media relations strategies in coordination with PR agencies to enhance corporate reputation. Desired Candidate Profile MBA (Finance/Strategy) additional qualifications Public Policy will be an advantage. 15+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate affairs in a listed company. Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, Ability to influence senior stakeholders At present this is an IC role, however with its dual responsibility it is a a unique role covering both Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs.
