Job Title: SAP SD Consultant Location: Remote Experience Required: 8+ years Need Immediate Joiner or max 30 daysIndustry: Healthcare/ Life Science / Pharma / etc.Job Summary: We are looking for aMid-Level SAP SD Consultantto join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of theSAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes, integration with other SAP modules, and experience in SAP SD implementations or support.Key Responsibilities: SAP SD Implementation & Support: Work with batch jobs error rectification Work with IDOC Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet business requirements. Support end-to-endOrder-to-Cash (O2C)processes, including sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. Assist inSAP S/4HANA SDmigration and implementation projects (if applicable). Business Process Analysis & Optimization: Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend SAP SD solutions. Work with stakeholders to optimizesales, distribution, and logistics execution processes . Configuration & Customization: Maintain and configure key SD components, including: Sales order management Pricing and discounts Delivery processing Billing and invoicing Credit and risk management Supportthird-party sales, intercompany sales, and returns processing . Integration & Reporting: Work closely with SAPMM, FI, PP, and WMteams to ensure seamless integration. Develop reports usingSAP SD standard reports, SAP Query, and ABAP debugging (if needed). Support & User Training: Troubleshoot SAP SD-related issues and provide solutions to end-users. Conduct user training and create functional documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience:8 to 10+ yearsof hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support. Excellent communication skills (fluency in English written and verbal communication) Strong experience working on SAP implementation, migration, upgrade and support projects (SAP ECC to ECC migration, S/4 HANA) Hands on experience working with medium to large scale global implementation projects in complex scenarios. Strong experience working with global customer stakeholders, multivendor environments. Experience working in company merger, demerger, Carve Out/ TSA exit global project scenarios – is a plus Strong understanding and experience in ITIL processes. Experience working with tools like – ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana etc.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding ofOrder-to-Cash (O2C) processesand sales transactions. Experience inpricing procedures, tax configurations, billing, and invoice processing . Knowledge ofSAP SD integrationwithFI (Billing), MM (Order Processing), and PP (Production Planning) . Experience withSAP S/4HANA SD(preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge ofABAP debugging(a plus). Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field. SAP SD certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Experience inEDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and IDocs processing . Understanding ofBatch Job SchedulingandLSMWfor data migration.
